  • Check-in from 5 pm

  • Payment by bank transfer/online at booking 

  • Reservation confirmation by email after receipt of payment. 

  • Cancellation fee: 
    - More than 30 days before arrival: possibility of rebooking your stay free of charge 

    - Between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 30% of the full amount will be charged 

    - From 7 days before arrival:
    50% of the full amount will be charged 

    - The day before, the day itself or during the stay:
    full amount will be charged 

  • No pets allowed 

  • Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation. 

  • Damage: 

       Damage caused by the customer will           be charged in full. 

  • Cleaning 

       Cleaning is included in the price. In               case of disproportionate pollution, the         additional cost of cleaning will be                 charged.

  • Check-out before 11am

  • Possibility of breakfast on request
