Logies De Leute collects and processes personal data, for customer management based on the contractual relationship resulting from your order/purchase and for direct marketing (/to offer you new products or services) based on our legitimate interest to do business.

If necessary to fulfil the purposes set out, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies (of Logies De Leute) within the European Economic Area directly or indirectly linked to Logies De Leute or with any other partner of Logies De Leute.  

Logies De Leute guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data.

Retention period: 

Personal data processed for customer management purposes will be retained for the period necessary to comply with legal requirements. 

Right of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of personal data. 

The customer has the right to inspect his personal data at any time and may correct it (or have it corrected) if it is incorrect or incomplete, have it deleted, restrict its processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him. 

Furthermore, the customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, common and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company. 

To exercise the above rights, the customer is asked to: 

- adjust the settings of his customer account himself; 

- send an e-mail to Logies De Leute. 

  

Direct marketing:  

The customer has the right to oppose, free of charge, any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.
